Representing your client effectively in mediation requires a knowledge of the contributing psychological factors as well as the best practices in advocating for your client.  This seminar will include:

• How to prepare your client and the neutral before mediation begins;

• Psychological components of a successful mediation;

• Virtual mediation, including its advantages and potential pitfalls; and

• Ethical rules governing mediation.
