About the event
Representing your client effectively in mediation requires a knowledge of the contributing psychological factors as well as the best practices in advocating for your client. This seminar will include:
- How to prepare your client and the neutral before mediation begins;
- Psychological components of a successful mediation;
- Virtual mediation, including its advantages and potential pitfalls; and
- Ethical rules governing mediation.
This Zoom meeting is open to all JCBA members. Information to connect will be provided to registered participants.
The presenter is JCBA member Craig Nierman, who is a mediator and member of the International Academy of Dispute Resolution.
